Sri Lanka navy, accused of killing 77 Indian fishermen are innocent until proven guilty. In the court of law the burden of proof that SLN is guilty lies on the prosecutor. Interestingly South India the biggest supporters of LTTE now accusing that recently LTTE had abducted Indian fishermen and also killed some fishermen too.
Ball is in your court now to prove that among the accused ,SLN and LTTE one party is innocent.
