SLFP devolution proposals are a joke. Another Mahinda brothers` inspired proposal to hoodwink the international community.
Nobody, including the anti LTTE factions are impressed by this. Rohan Edirisinha`s assessment of it shows the shallowness in the thinking of the ruling SLFP and its leaders.
