Leadership of both parties (LTTE and the GOSL) including the people who are in the armed forces prefer to drag this so called `WAR` on for a long time.... The war is the money maker for these clowns? that is their surviving mechanism.
they do not give a damn about lives of innocent people , whether Tamil, Muslim or Sinhalese.?
