I joined LNP in late November last year, just after my final exams. I log on from time to time for a chat. This semester I have final exams for only 2 subjects, the other 2 subjects consist just of assignments, so it`s a bit less stressful than last semester when I had finals for all 4 subjects!
I enjoy chatting to everybody here. The forum provides a medium for everybody to exchange their views freely. I`m sure Sinhalese & Tamils won`t talk to each other like this face to face.
That`s the beauty of the worldwide web: it allows whole new forms of human communication.
Yeah even Sydney has a huge Asian community. But they are a well- behaved lot. Some Lebanese immigrants cause most of the trouble, as the world saw during the Cronulla riots. I`ve noticed that if you take away the terrorism factor in Sri Lanka, we probably would have a much lower crime rate than Australia!
