Just imagine how many security personnel are provided with our jumbo cabinet?. These two guys who were expelled from their ministerial positions demand the same number of security personnel after even loosing their posts. They are now just MPs. According this demand MPs must have at least 14 security personnel, this means all 225 MPs have to give 14 guards. If this is acceptable and assume a guard will work 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, to provide security to these MPs you need 14x225x3x(7/5) =13,230. Who is going to pay salaries and other expenses of these security personnel?.
I suppose providing protection to Mangala is reasonable as he worked as a senior minister and played a vital role as a foreign minister. However, a person like Sripathi who was sacked from Navy due to steeling ration of sailors has no right to demand security.
