MR is not that stupid. I was worried about India too but it seems like India is helping out Sri Lanka. Did you see Tamilnet said that India is going to give a ship to Sri Lanka? Also, India arrested some LTTEs last week. I agree that Tamils have grievances. More than anything, I believe Tamils feel like that Sinhalese do not respect them. Yes, MR should introduce some measures to address the grievances of Tamils. AND I am 100% sure that he will. I believe he is smart enough to do that too. The thing is, he has to address grievances of Tamils while keeping southern Sri Lankan happy. May be, he is waiting until JVP and UNP are even weaker? Like I said, MR has to keep the south happy while addressing the grievances of the Tamils. Mahasohona. |
