u r right about the it but it does not include fishing boats.or trawlers. how can a boat (not a ship) fly a flag of any country cos they r from sri lanka.do you remember the last attack in Colombo port? they shot there own boats.they even shot Indian fisherman and say they didn`t.the last thing you said is 100%true. THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT THEN ALL WILL KNOW.
