[LTTE or anybody does not need any licenses to get involved in terrorism at international level. ]
Not every body get the support of an International peace monitoring Mission as it was the case with SLMM covered up LTTE terrorism staying out side the LTTE controlled areas and as I have pointed out advising them about the attack they carried out on the Chinese ship.
Now they caught red handed looting the Jordanian ship as SLMM couldn`t give protection to LTTE a..s..es any more.
