good to here that you are moving somewhere else. in london buying a house is about £290,000 for a 3 bedroom place and prices are rising quite fast and so a good investment. i am only 23, so wont buy a house for at least 5-6 yrs, but by the time i purchase, the rate of increase would slow down.
