Oh dear has someone hung around the male washroom a little too long and breathed in the fumes from too many cleaning products? [forge a power-sharing proposal that can form the basis for talks with the LTTE ] Let`s break it down for you. 1) `Forge a power-sharing proposal` - CHECK you seem to get that part at least. 2) `that can form the basis for talks` - OK you seem to get lost right about here, so lets help you out. `basis for talks` now repeat after me what are they going to talk about according to the US? The `power-sharing agreement`. Very good, you do that so well, used to following orders it seems. Now who are they supposed to talk to? 3) `with the LTTE` - ok now do you get it or should I draw some pictures and post it in my personal page? |
