Regarding the Colombo ? Kandy road: I remember the good old days (before I became old) under Sirima?s time, there was already a plan for an express road and they actually started with pulling down a few houses in the outskirts of Colombo. Just to show to the Non-Aligned Conference Members that this country was also developing its infrastructure. Will soon find out if it?s more serious this time.
