see if there are any posting guideline violations are done by 'whatreallyhap'.
Sri Lanka has more urgent matters to attend to. 2 stroke 3 wheeler is the least of its problems.
Maybe the gov has a chance to make some money in buying new 4 stroke 3 wheelers in which case THIS MATTER WILL BE GIVEN TOP PRIORITY.
