Yep, we have very tight control over them, and the strength is also comparably very low to other countries. It is very hard or impossible for one to get some in case they are going to drugstore without a prescription. I personally don`t like it but it has very nice effects and reflections on the population`s health.
I like it in Sri Lanka. Everyone have the access. ;-)
