Frankly, I don`t know who is responsible for the bus bomb. We have enough lunatics everywhere in the country. First of all, LTTE will not just target a bus with a small bomb. If they go after civilian targets, they would have simultaneous attacks all over the place. I think they would go after VIP`s more than anything. Their tactics have somewhat changed from the past. I may be dead wrong here.
