Hi Mr. Brown,
Being a relatively new member of this forum, I would like to use this opportunity to thank you for this excellent news and exchange platform. To you as well as to all Forum Members, let me wish you a happy continuation of the festive season and a New Year packed with exciting encounters and memorable moments. As for this country we all show our attachment and interest, I sincerely wish that it could slowly find its way back to peace. In Aceh and in Northern Ireland it became reality and there is absolutely no reason why this cannot be achieved in Sri Lanka. It will not happen overnight, but it will and has to happen. My particular thoughts are not just for all the innocent civilian victims of this national tragedy, they are also for the soldiers as well as for all the cadres forcefully enrolled by the LTTE. May 2007 bring them a more friendly and human environment. |
