I read the Daily Mail news report on the murder of Mr Kumar. It says clearly and the police also made it clear that they are looking for the suspect who was also a co-worker in the shop but absconded in Germany. Link to LTTE is only a speculation as CID says.
I do not want to drag indivudual murder or crime into the ethnic problem as murderers and criminals are found in all the communities and Sinhalese is not exceptional. Did you hear a (Sinhalese) Dentist who was attached to the University of Leeds murdered his servant (Sinhalese) girl and buried a part of the body in his backyard and the other was chopped into pieces and spread among the plants pots in the university? He was caught, tried and locked up to jail.
