[If not for LTTE, North & East tsunami destruction will also be developed. Look at South...if you visit the south, you will see many developments and improvements after tsunami.] I fully agree with the second sentence. The recovery process in South is far ahead of that in North and East, where basically, according to the little information we have, basically nothing much had taken place. However, I do not agree that LTTE is the ONLY reason for the slow recovery of North and East though it can be the major cause, no doubt. Every war monger should take the responsibility for the lack of recovery efforts in North and East. For example, it was not LTTE that opposed and ruined the joint mechanism to rebuild tsunami devastated areas in N&E. . |
