I think Minister explains quite well the situation, though the gesture more political look.
The facts that LTTE find some at each peace talks not to continue to address real issue at each. Last time they had Karuna issue, now A-9. Now even before submission of a solution terrorist inclined MP Kuthir Ponnamabalam says Indian model is not suited. This shows their reluctance for a genuine solution. They want to continue killing for another 20 years. Can LTTE give assurance they do not get kappan from civilians and goods, when the road is re opened? Why don`t LTTE live an assurance even for ICRC to transport goods by ships? |
