[SLA lost meny more soldiers as sitting ducks before the eelam war 4 was started. This kind of loss is better than the way soldier were killed ealier this year.]
Unfortunately I have to agree with Godcube here. The SL defence forces would have anyway lost high number of personnel by not doing anything. This way, you end up hurting the enemy while taking casualties.
Even low casualties hurt the Tigers more because they are facing a dwindling supply of able men and material...
