i understand what are you implying? is your qustion `why sl did not attack the ltte when karana was participating in the negotiatio? here is truth? sl intel could have attack, but they could not have found the a group like karuna to blame the attack? you may ask` sl intel can blame other paramilitary?` then. it would be very difficult to sl to convince the usa and west to blame the attack, on other para-group. you will see very soon ltte may kill some sl intell for rataliation for killing of two ltte leader in trinco. do you know one think? all government intell group are funded by its government, but their activites are not controled by government and nobody know what they are doing, even president of country |
