Dear Kumara 2005,
Karuna was the main LTTE leader who have participated all the initial talks. He have the main man in the LTTE team negotiate with SLA and the Sri Lankan government in order to arrange escort for the LTTE members in the GOSL controlled areas. Before the Split escort was provided to Karuna also by SLMM and SLA. Before developing theories please kindly study the subject as much as possible.
