US has been after the Muslims for years indirectly and directly. Supporting Israel to the hilt for more tahn 60 years is an example of indirect attack on Muslims. Encouraging Iraq to attack Iran in the 1980s and Kuwait in the 1990s is another example. Military interventions to drive the Iraqis out of Kuwait in the 1990s and in Afghanistan and Iraq in 2000 and 2003 are examples of direct intervention. Add the sanctions on Iraq which caused the deaths of more than 500,000 children alone. So, The Yankees have killed millions of Muslims and are controlling almost all the Muslim countries except Iran which they want to nuke. They really have no reason to go after the Tamils and it is unlikely they will. If at all they decide to attack the LTTE, all it needs is a few hours bombing of the Wanni hide out of Prabha which will finish the terrorists off causing very little casualties among civilians. So aj07, you are way off the mark. |
