In India low caste Dalit `KR Narayanan` became first Man of India by becoming President. Has any Tamil become President, atleast PM or atleast Cricket team Captain in sorry lanka ? In India SC/ ST Dalits enjoy abt 40% reservation in Jobs, Social Welfare & Studies .. How many of these incentives given to tamils ? Infact i heard lotta tamils were discouraged by some quota given by sinhalas ! |
