My Theory is very simple..LW has written about so many people and anybody could have hired a few ex-Army to carry out the job..SLRs 1 million is nothing these days.
I do not think MR wants to spoil all what he achieved with LTTE and capture of Kili with this stupid killing knowing very well it will go against him..but I won`t rule out someone within the Government is involved..with or without MR`s knowledge.
