When one party lost the war, naturally bargain power is also decreasing. That`s why we all (even in this forum), insisted that the value of going for negotiations, than continue the war.
LTTE did number of miscalculations, and result is the place what they have now.
But, I am sure, moderate Sri Lankans and IC will push GOSL negotiate with Tamil leaders to settle for a lasting solution. I personally happy, if LTTE can survive to participate for these negotiations, at least with a different name.
