This peace offer from Nade is a new year goodwill gesture! Chingala Muniya must not forget the diplomatic force that VP had built recently. The Chingala-Tamil war is now viewed by IC in a completely different angle. The highest echelons in TN, India, and very soon in US, will see VP as none other than a freedom fighter. Obama is beefing up Afghanistan forces and Sri Lanka is not too far from Afghanistan. By not accepting Nades offer, MR regime is angering not just India and TN, but Hillary and US new adminstration. For Obama to extend the reach of the long arm of US marines and misiles from Afghanistan to Chingala state is not a big big problem.
