[They are not saying anything about removing cloths in the video. However, video was degrading and the soldiers should be reprimanded or punished for that. Filming must be done by authorized people only.]
That is what I gathered too.... the filming aspect was the worst part. ground troops are not allowed to carry any personal belongings. How this guy managed to take a camera phone needs to be checked and remedied.
