[About propaganda and counter propaganda anyone can invent a video based story.But those who highlights background effects gives away that little tip to hoodwink the audience.Probably I am abnormal to think that way...:-)]
why would you want to take a decision on this video..just pass it to your contact from whom you get all Military news and let them verify it..simple isn`t it..cos you said there are strict rules now..
