First they arrive in foreign countries with always the same stories informing to the local authorities saying that they would be prosecuted by sri lankan authorities because they were helping Tamils or supporting tamil. Through all these well fabiricated stories they receive first three months or six months visa to live and start looking for some odd jobs. The western authorities knew that only the Tamils are genuine refugees but not sinhalese.
