Prabakaran USED to be a master strategist who now finds himself exposed in more than few areas and facing increasingly difficult catch-22 type scenarios. 1. LTTE`s once deadly artillery has all but lost its potency. 2. LTTE has absolutley no capacity to defend any significant area aginst SLAF attacks 3. There is a noticeable breakdown of command and contorl and that was evident with the latest fall of the earth-bund.. It was described as total chaos in the LTTE ranks for hours before the defeat. 4. TAF can not cause significant damage and may be it is already history. |
