They managed jayasikuru few years back having almost 100 thousand troops (GOSL taking out all army guys even from east for jayasikuru)with high fire power also they had elephant pass base main backup which is no more with GOSL, also the major resource issue now in army [http://www.lankanewspapers.com/news/2008/12/36183_35.html] and VP`s boys managed biggest ever operation in lankan army history jayasikuru for a couple of years very effectively and the end result known to all lankans...and I am sure now they will manage this wanni war crimes of GOSL in a better way
