[denied accusations that the government is using cluster bombs]
GOSL must stick to this, as its pushing the `0` civilian casualties policy(but some unfortunate cases are occuring). Cluster bombs are not a suitable weapon is a war like in SL.
May be SL did not sing to please some of its major war supporters, (China..?).
Cluster bombs must not insult the steady progress of SLA. It is pushing LTTE fast into the deciding corner, with relatively low number of deaths.
