You can certainly do a good job after the war.. I have confidence in you. ]

I already am doing what I can. Even yesterday I was on the phone regarding the rain related problems in Jaffna and other project related issues. Today I was counseling some International Tamils on educational issues. I enjoy that very much and am open to any genuine participant. I believe that then the leadership will `happen`
