It is a very sad fact indeed. Naive and popular notion entertained that victory is achieved through `wiping out` terrorist with man power and machinery. little do people realise that unless the root cause is addressed terrorism can never be eradicated.
One must pay attention to history, how the LTTE started off with only handful of individuals and magnitude of their advancement as a terrorist organization. Even if the LTTE loses power and land, the motive for their existence remains and unless that is addressed war is far from over. People of SL`s fate is a life of fear thanks to our current politicians.
