What happened in the past in east has already happening in North.Small groups surrendering at regular intervals and it has become a headache for SLA which consume their valuable time dedicated for operations.It could be a ploy to delay and save lives of Eelam Thugs by letting fodder go to safety of the SLA and slow the decimation progress...:-(
