GOSL is not able to get 300 million USD loan from any bank all over the world even at very high interest rates...
It is having only 2 Billion USD as reserves of which abt 1.1 Billion USD has to be given in January to Iran for its oil Supply to CPC !
So with this kind of Pathetic Economic mess, it has to print more toilet paper & which will make Eelam a reality !
