VP will not win the war but Mahinda will defeat his army.It is too obvious. While the army is trying to encircle the LTTE, the economy is encircling the army. Army travels on stomach. When they run out of food they will get defeated.
To support 150,000 troops is no easy task.All VP has to do is to endure and absorb it. The crack has to appear somewhere.
