NOw A - 9 is useless. that is the valued Asset of Velu.
Same thing can be done to ELEphant pass render it useless.
I think, SLA will do the same thing with Kilinochchi too. they capture PAranthan and Mankulam which make LTTE abandon Kilinochchi without much fighting.
