I haven't seen that countries give exceptional Tax concessions to Established industries in the country. but, that is what Sri Lanka is doing.
Sri Lanka have given excellent tax break to a HOTEL PROJECT WHICH CATERS TO THE TOURISM INDUSTRY.
On the other hand, People are complaining that govt is not giving tax breaks to establish solar cell power generation at the home level.
What ever the Tax braeks for energy production in Sri Lanka, the powerful govt minister is finger pointed at by the Chinese embassy getting 50 million dollars for his foreign bank account. |

(6) Are you ready to erase old system of nationality to who ever born in Srilanka as 'Srilankan' with out naming Tamil, Muslim, Sinhalese, Burger,
(7)Are you ready to introduce 'Minimum Wage' to Srillanka for employment.
(8)Are you ready to establish laws to conduct Parliament Elections for every '7' years .
(9)Are you ready to make 'Journalism' free of any government power.
(10)Are you ready to establish computerised 'JOB BANK' to find out suitable employees for the whole island from Scavengers to CEOs with out any political bias approch or chits.
'THOSE ARE THE 10 COMMANDANTS OF THE GOVERNMENT TODAY SRILANAKA NEEDS'.
If you can answer all those questions 'YES' no one can't 'STOP' your journey.

In Canada, Census, they asked our religion.
In every application I have to write whether I am native, what minority, african, asian,, european etc., etc.
I remember the very last long census asked very personal like information.
Canada published date how ethnic profile changed and they keep that data, I think it is used in other things too.

Friend Canada is still with the unseen control of 'British', they who rulled then Ceylon for about decades and they who introduced this system to catagorise citizens and make them to look at each other with long faces, because they know then it is easy to control the country. If you look in to ancient time of Srilanka you can see British introduced Up Country and Down Country.Still in Srilanka that differences are there. We have to keep with us what good things they introduced us and kick out bad thing to the trash. Until we think that way Srilanka cannot develope. Take an example Singapore, U.S.A.. Once you become citizen they are Singaporian , or American. Not only that Srilanka has 'Cast Problems' too similer India. Go back and see which of the cast (Karawa, Durawa, Goigama)of presidents, primeministers, chief ministers,defence secretereys , high top militery ranks, ceos, chairmen were offerd. That is why this country is still at the 'Bottom'. After become a citizen for security purposes can ask volunteary declare his or her particulars. In brief country should be a 'Free Country' for it's citizens.Other wise no one cannot stop 'Ethenic Terrorism'.
On the other hand it is a Golden Opportunity' to a cunning politician like 'SWRDB' to raise up his clan to be in power.That is what is happening in Srilanka today.
