Super CRATE horas. Adei Shameless, why do they rob these crates baang?
It is revealed that Rs.25 million has been spent for the vegetable and fruit crates system introduced arbitrarily to the farmers by the government.
This money has been spent by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Internal trade not when the crate law was introduced but during this year. When the crate law was introduced the Ministry had already spent a large amount of public money in October last year to buy plastic crates. This year too Rs.25,000,000 has been spent to buy crates.
It is also revealed that most of the crates thus bought have been taken away by agricultural officials, Samurdhi officers and Members of Pradeshiya Sabhas of the ruling party.

Now this is about reddhe hora:
Former IGP and Sri Lanka s ambassador to Brazil, Mahinda Balasuriya s wife, Asha Balasuriya has set up a clothes shop at the Sri Lankan mission in Brazil, diplomatic sources said.
Asha Balasuriya had maintained close links with well known racketeers when her husband was the IGP and she at the time was known among members of the police force as senior IGP.
The sources who gave us the information said that Asha Balasuriya had got down clothes manufactured in Sri Lanka using her diplomatic privileges without paying any taxes and was carrying out her garment business quite lucratively by abusing embassy resources. It is learnt that she has asked all embassy staff to purchase their clothing requirements from her.
A senior External Affairs Ministry official said that many complaints have been received about head of Sri Lankan missions who abuse embassy property for their private businesses. The official added that inquiries are currently being carried out in to the complaints and that necessary steps would be taken afterwards. |

See through aka Ranjan aka Italy Rangan's story
Human trafficking in Sri Lankan Tamils came to notice in India first with the arrival of Arumainayagam Soundarajan aka Rajan aka Italy Rajan, in Tamil Nadu in June 2009.
He had been sending asylum seekers from the coasts of Sri Lanka earlier and had to flee when the competitors turned the heat on and the security agencies in Colombo sniffed out his trail.
He landed in Rameswaram by a boat and launched business right away, taking advantage of the clamour for life abroad among the restive refugees in the Tamil Nadu camps. Until he came, human smuggling was not so much tested in the state.
Recruiting agents and sub-agents from the refugee camps, Rajan did a few sailings from the coasts of Mangalore in Karnataka and Kollam/ Kochi in Kerala.
He used to charge fees ranging from five to ten lakh Indian rupees per person now the rate has come down to between one to three lakhs Rajan harvested plenty from the 111 refugee camps in Tamil Nadu (which housed about 68,000 inmates) and also among the 30,000-plus Sri Lankan Tamils living outside on their own. |

The truth is Synthetic Lawyer had sniffed out the trail and that was upsetting his collection.
For every 10 tamils there are 5 sinhalays deserting the sinking and stinking ship.
