The Colombo Magistrate Court on Monday released Wing Commander Deepal Munasinghe on surety bail when he was produced in court for allegedly trying to deceive Air Force Commander, Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrema. Investigators said that a person masquerading as MP Namal Rajapaksa had phoned the SLAF chief on behalf of WC Munasinghe and directed him to cancel a transfer given to the officer.

Thats the point.
This was the disaster to our nation, under any government. Politicians are active in any issue, good or bad.
In this case Namal seems the victim, but the story shows the possible reality of the country.
