India, being a large country in the South Asia region had decided to adopt unilateral concessions to make relationships stronger with the neighbors and not insist on reciprocity, India`s Minister of Rural Development and Drinking Water & Sanitation Jairam Ramesh has said.
Minsiter Jairam Ramesh who is visiting Sri Lanka from 11-13 July 2012 on an invitation extended by Sri Lanka Minister of External Affairs Prof. G.L. Peiris, has highlighted India`s desire for the whole region to grow with India and the need for a larger role for cross-investments in the region.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa has once again asked the centre to send back the nine Sri Lankan Air force personnel who are being trained in India. She said, the Indian empire should pounce like a tiger. Sadly India is submissive to Sri Lanka like a mouse .

SL has become a dangerous place for the business men , ones you become successful in your business from hard work you will have to pay the ransom to the underworld thugs in the area and most of thse thugs are contralled by the ruling party MP's......

There is an old proverb: 'The fish is starting to rot from the head.' Sri Lanka is rotting from the head too because everyone see the impunity for the worst crimes are given freely by the Government to the rapists and the murderers.
Last Christmas, the British tourist was brutally killed his Russian girlfriend was beaten to pulp and raped, while she was profusely bleeding from her head by member of the Ruling Party, the Chairman of the Tangalle Pradesheeya Sabha and his cronies. Witness said that total 8 men raped the dying Russian tourist while she was unconscious and lying in pool of blood
Last week another member of the Tangalle Pradesheeya Sabha (together with several of his associates) was arrested for allegedly abducting a 14 year old girl and gang-raping her. The accused, Anjana Liyanage was not arrested by police as he enjoys political protection. from Government |

MANHATTAN - Crime has spiked in the Big Apple -- and Mother Nature is being blamed.
Unseasonably warm temperatures for the first month of the 2012 have coincided with a 5.7 percent jump in major crimes citywide.
The increase is led by double-digit jumps in robberies, burglaries and grand larceny, police statistics show. Murder and rape reports are also up from the same time last year. DNAInfo.com
NYPD seems to have missed the only logical explanation:
'The fish is starting to rot from the head'
