That is what I thought too.
The Whole Sri Lanka, as a whole is responsible.
War was not won only by the govt and defense forces. People also helped a lot.
Every thing else is the same. |

| I dont think they are emeralds - more like cabochon semi precious stones - but the similarity to a can is well made - lets hope it goes on display and doesnt just get melted down |
