Intellectuals and Organizations against Private Medical Schools today organised the signing of a petition against the Malabe Private Medical School. The campaign was held outside the Kalubowila Teaching Hospital.

Do ordinary people know why it should be not allowed?
Can three wheeler drivers, private bus drivers, fish mongers, Watti ammas etc. sign the petition?

Anyone with sensible intelligence. It really does not matter what they are doing for living. Do not underestimate intelligence of people based on what they do for living.

It all depends on how sensible and intelligent three wheeler drivers, private bus drivers, fish mongers, Watti ammas etc.can evaluate different issues that they are not fully conversant with. Without knowing the real facts and figures they all can blindly sign anything. |
