Is it with foreign loans plus foreign know how ?

A lot of people who bring money into the country for different purposes don t declare the monies. People bring cash to invest in a car or buy a land but they have a fear psychosis of declaring the monies because they think that will lead to different connotations, he said.
Anybody who entering Srilanka must declare money over US$15,000. No problem to declare and no restrictions or no paying any tax either as far as you declare. I can not understand why his son with Australian passport could not declare.
