If you look at these baboons were uttering same nonsense in 2005 also.
we just signed 214 mill USD loan from China Development Bank on very good terms for Moragahakanda Project. Now we can go ahead with this project and it has a 20MW power plant.
The transaction completed last friday and according to the loan arrangement we have received the full payment already.
Then we are also finalizinf the consessionary laon from ADB for 27MW power plant in Kandy, down stream of Kotmale,
these two projects were in our original master plans but could not implement due to various reasons.
Now we got the opportunity to implement these projects and it they will help the country s development.
As far as those lending agencies assist us in these infrastructure projects who cares what these bldy half boiled anti sri lankan bogus economists say??
