Lanka Mirror premises raided-Mangala .

The CID is presently carrying out a raid at the premises where the Lanka Mirror Website and the Sri Lanka X news website carryout their operations, UNP MP Mangala Samaraweera said.
He told the Daily Mirror that the premises located at Mahindananda Road, Pitta Kotte is being searched by some 20-25 CID Officers. The Search warrant they posses is for the premises and has no mention of the websites. However they are not telling us what they are searching for, he said.
He further added that he had information to suggest that a group of people have also surrounded the home of the Editor of the Lanka Mirror Ruwan Ferdinand, located in Narahenpita
