A case was filed against the Tamil National Alliance before the Supreme Court, for violating the Constitution of Sri Lanka
This case which was filed by Sinhala Ravaya and Sinhala Jathika Peramuna organizations says that,T.N.A. is violating the 6th clause of the constitution of sri Lanka, as it is included in the T.N.A. constitution that, it is appearing on behalf of a separate Eelam State.
After considering the complaint, Supreme court has decided to hear the case on the 14th of September. |
