Eleven underage couples arrested

Eleven courting couples misbehaving on the Tangalle beach were arrested by Tangalle Police during a raid.
All the couples were found to be minors, Police said. Some couples were subsequently released after a stern warning and handed over to their parents. All were between the ages of 15 to 17.
Police refused to release the other four as their guardians failed to come to the police station, Police said.
They are still at Tangalle Police.

What the heck are you writing about????????
These are not 'Under Graduates'.! These are 15-17 year old 'underage' couples found allegedly 'misbehaving' on the Tangalle beach. Do you know what that means????????
This 'misbehaving' often leads to teenage pregnancies, abortions and other related dangers including death. It is the duty of the police to enforce the law and that is exactly what the police has done here. |

I am sorry my son , if police is catching up this 'Tution Class Couples', that is 'Greate', because most 'Tution Classes' are the vanishing start of most young 'School boys and girls'.
On the other hand if our Public Schools doing good , no chance of 'Tution Classes'. |

because most 'Tution Classes' are the vanishing start of most young 'School boys and girls'.
I suppose it works both ways. It definitely destroys some while also may be being of benefit to some others. However the concept of 'free education' brought about by Kannangara has proved to be useless with these fee levying 'tution factories' churning out people such as these 'underaged couples'.
if our Public Schools doing good , no chance of 'Tution Classes'.
I feel it is more to do with the education system of the country. The competitiveness brought about by restricting the numbers entering universities I feel is the reason for students to seek supplementary avenues through these 'tution factories' to gather that 'extra bit' to be over the others when it comes to gaining admission to a university.
Of course the methods of teaching and the curriculums,syllabuses etc etc of public schools leave much to be desired and is part of the problem of the current education system in the SL.
