Yesterday, I was listening to ONE MINISTRY SECRETARY, taling to SLBC, WHO LOOKS AFTER THE ROAD NETWORK OF SRI LANKA.
the way he talked he is very LETHARGIC, very incompetent.
According to him, Sri Lanka will never have good roads even if Sri Lanka spend the whole IMF.
I felt unbelievable and how pathetic he was as a top bureaucrat in the govt.

Mahinda Rajapakse is not Fidel Castro.
That is the reason.
At one point HAvana was arge brothel catering to American soldiers. Castro felt bad about his country and he changed everything.
But, Mahinda Rajapakse is not that patriotic or dare devil. |

At One time Peelamists were controling two provinces in Sri Lanka and Mahinda felt bad and changed it...... -))
